Osmo for Summer!!

If you’ve been following us for awhile you know that we are no stranger to Osmo! It’s that one technology thing I allow our girls to use on a weekly basis in our homeschool. But now with summer here, the learning just doesn’t stop!

Last Summer we were gifted a Osmo Coding Kit the girls took turns sharing. Flash forward a year later they offered us once again some “summer learning adventure” I mean this is perfect. We don’t stop learning because the traditional school year is over and this is a way to keep the girls engaged while playing. I knew how much the girls enjoyed the coding game so we got another one so they can each play and compete among themselves.

The Coding Family Bundle is priced at $79 with 3 games. This hands on learning comes with blocks that are used with each game. Although the world of coding can be so complex Osmo makes it so that it’s easy to understand, engaging and helping my Osmonaut to continue to help her build problem solving and logic skills. She at times will lean over and ask Skye to help her because she’s her older sister. And even in these cases Skye is willing and excited to help her solve the problem to get to the next level.

We love Osmo and will use it all summer to continue to have fun learning and growing together on learning to code. I mean it’s the 21st century this is definitely a skill needed in our digital world!
